BIOGRAPHY

Shri Sen is a member of the PPF Governing Bodu and at present senior fellow Institute of social sciences, New Delhi. Has been Rhodes Scholar. Writes for various newspapers of the county the statesmen, Kolkata; The Tribune, Chandigarh; The Pioneer, Delhi. He is a regular invitee to prestresses seminars, professional educational institutions of the country, prisons, police academies, administrative academics to add intellectual contact to the activities on these institutions and to suggest reforms wherever needed. Shri Sen has authored a number of books on Human Rights issues as well as some issues of social relevance. He is currently serving as a Member of the Governing Council, PPF
