‘Twenty-One Days in Myanmar's Conflict Zone’

Shri Rajeev Bhattacharyya was born in Guwahati. He completed his graduation in History (Hons.) from Hansraj College, University of Delhi and Post-graduation from the same university. He’s currently working as a freelance journalist based in Guwahati and is a regular contributor to The Diplomat, The Quint and Firstpost. He has earlier worked with The Times of India, The Telegraph, The Indian Express, Times Now and was the founding executive editor of Seven Sisters Post. He has authored three books - Rendezvous with Rebels: Journey to Meet India’s Most Wanted Men, Lens and the Guerilla: Insurgency in India’s Northeast and Paresh Baruahr Sandhanat (in Assamese). He has also pursued a Diploma in Mass Communication from the University of Westminster (London) under the Chevening Fellowship Programme sponsored by the UK Government. His recently released book is ‘ULFA: THE MIRAGE OF DAWN’.
