A panel discussion was organised by the Policy Perspectives Foundation (PPF), Centre for Cohesive Society Studies on “Supreme Court 2019 Verdict on Ayodhya and Constitutional Governance in Democracy” on 13 December 2019. The panellists are Shri M R Shamshad, Advocate, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court, Shri Ashok Gupta, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court and Dr. G V Rao, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court. The session moderated by Shri P K Malhotra, Former Secretary, Law and Justice, Government of India. The talk witnessed participation from legal and political experts who have studied the trajectory of Ayodhya dispute very closely. They discussed in detail the historical developments, legal proceedings and court judgements and their underpinnings on the issue.
