A six-days’ training programme between 5-10, 2016 June on Management of Animals in Disasters for personnel of Bihar State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) was organised at Bihar Veterinary College, Patna. The faculty members of the college, trainers of NDRF and experts from WAP conducted the training programme. This programme was organised in association with WAP and Bihar State Disaster Management Authority (BSDMA). Vice President, PPF and VC, BSDMA addressed the trainees in the inaugural session.
