The second ToT program on Management of Animals in Emergencies was conducted at Himachal Pradesh Agriculture University, Palampur between 26-31 October. This six days’ training program was inaugurated by the VC of the University. Vice President, PPF delivered key note address. Other speakers included Dean of the University and Country Head WAP etc.
