A one day workshop was organised by DCPCR in collaboration with PPF at Delhi Secretariat. The purpose of this event was to enhance the understanding of the stakeholders about the legal provisions and complexities in ensuring the protection of child victims. Ms. Jyoti Duhan Rathee of DCPCR explained that the workshop aimed to bring all the stakeholders together under one roof to share their best practises for the best interest and protection of Child Victims considering that all the stakeholders were like a family working together to integrate the Child victims in the society. She remarked that the consultations like these had the potential to do away with the lacunae in the existing Acts. for “Poorna Nyaya, Samanta and Sammilit”
