About the speaker: Dr. Deepak Bhasker has done his Ph.D. at the Jawaharlal Nehru University, (JNU). He has worked previously as an Assistant Professor at Daulat Ram College, Delhi University. His interests are in International Relations, Public Policy and other Social Sectors.
